Permission from GWR

As we wanted to film at Marlow train station we needed to contact GWR to seek permission. As there was no email address online, my partner Imogen contacted GWR Help through twitter. Within minutes we got an instant reply forwarding us further information on who to contact.

"Hi James,
I was referred to you by the GWR Help twitter account. I am from a school in Maidenhead and as part as our A level coursework we have to film a music video. We were wondering if it would be possible to film part of the video on the train that runs between Marlow and Maidenhead. We would film during peak times and would make sure not to disrupt any fellow passengers."

"Hi Imogen,
While we are more than happy to work together to support such requests we do not allow filming on peak time services. To enable you to film I will need to know a little more about the video, how many people you intended to have involved, and public liability insurance.
Please do feel free to call me on the number below to discuss this request."

"Hi Imogen,
Please do feel free to call to talk through, I need to know more about what you intend to film, and we also need to have a copy of you/ your college's public liability insurance."

"Hi James,
Sorry in the first email I was meant to say we won't film in peak times. Also there will only be three people when filming."
